Trouble dialing an international number

All,
I have trouble dialing a specific international number. I have been with AT&T troblshooting and they have escalated the trouble ticket till I got a very knowledgeable engineer. The trace shows that MY PRI that I am dialing out has a station ID showing a Unique International rather than a national ISDN. I which load and which parameterI can go to change it. Thanks in adavance

Try to referance a dmi table in the rli. In the dmi table you can set ctyp to several different things. I think I got unknown to work on something similar to this.

add a dmi to your rlb, you do not need to insert or delete digits but you can change call type via the dgt
