Trouble connecting to internet on Windows CE

I'm trying to connect to Windows CE. I can connect to WiFi but when I open the browser I get a message: "You have been disconnected from the remote computer you dialed. Verify the Baud Rate setting and retry the connection." Then when I click ok it bounces me off WiFi.
Any suggestions on how to set (Baud Rate)Or what to do?
