Newbie to Unix need a little help. I'm trying to add a drive out of a Xenix 2.3.4 Box to a OpenServer 5.0.7 box to access some files from the old system. I can't get the xenix drive to come up in the OpenServer system. Xenix file system support is enabled. One thing i noticed is an error message will come up saying %disk .... cyl=0 heads=15 sec=17 which is right except the cyl would be 1001. Using mkdev hd X X can't get the drive recognized properly even by changing the cyl value to the proper 1001. Must be doing something wrong?
