I foolishly clicked on an email attachment with a .rar suffix. Norton immediately gave an alert saying that it had detected 4nxp9rl2.rar in my Temp files., and that it had not been able to repair this.
I searched for the file but could not detect it. I then loked at the Norton Activity report and it describes the virus as Trojan Tooso.F It also gave two entries concenring this incident. This first says "Access denied" . The second says "Repair failed". What does this mean, please. Was the Virus denied access, or not. Subsequent scanning with Norton has failed to find a virus.
Am I in the clear or in the sh*t? Thanks for any advice you can give.
