Trojan.Oficla uses microsoft word!

Hey guys have you heard about
Trojan.Oficla which makes use of Microsoft word? Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it if it goes on your computer as it says that it not only uses msw but also is able to bypass firewalls and avoid detection by antivirus software...so what does that mean?
