Trojan.JS.Clid.gen How to remove?

I've run Norton full scans and it doesn't show up as infected but when the activity log shows 4 entries for this C:\Documents and Settings\Name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\6FER2DO1\home (1).js
It also reads as Access denied or unable to access.
