Hello friend,

Anyone with experience with this type of an error..."short hold". I know it can be changed but before I do so, if someone can elaborate if possible...

usually caused when the call drops as it goes on hold.. if your using analog trunks, check for a rev trunk

Thanks John. I am using analog trunks as overflow for my PRI's. I had not seen the error before and when I stat the trunks of that route, the come up idle. DOn't know what to make of it.
