Trk to Trk Transfero on merlin incompleate transfer

I have several systems that give me an incompleate transfer. I have set up trk to trk transfer on all extensions the vwersions are 3.0 and 7.0 also i have a 2.0 that has no option to do trk to trk xfer. HELP

Make sure "Reliable Disconnect" is set to "Yes".

it is set and i found that if the user waits for the call to connect it works i think all of the time.

They can press # at the end of the dialing sequence - to let the system know they are finished. That will decrease the delay of the transfer.

I have always found that you have to wait untill the call starts to connect before you can complete the transfer when transfering to an outside line. i have seen this on the Merlins and the IP Office is the same way. I have always informed my customer to wait untill the ringing starts to complete the transfer.
