trixbox drops calls to avaya extension

I try to setup the h323 link between avaya ip office and trixbox.
I modified the ooh323.conf file. Now I can call any extension in
trixbox from avaya. But when I call trixbox extension from avaya the calls get disconnected on answer.

any help
