Trimming the document size? 2

I have developed a text animation in a reasonably sized document in the middle of the page, but as i have now finished it, i would like to crop the document size so as its just marginally bigger than the text but using the contents option does not work as it still leaves me with too much space around the text and specifing the dimensions myself does not work because i lose my animation in the middle of the page and i dont want to move everything manually as it will take to much time (ie Alpha tween has been used).
Any suggestions?

Resize your stage and then use the technique described here to move the whole thing...
