Those functions are in the VB Library. You may need to reload from OFfice 2000 CD.

Check Tools/References, make sure VBA for Applications and Access Object library is checked. If they are flagged as MISSING re-install. I've had this happen when users with different versions of Windows open an mdb. Running Windows Update on all the machines fixed it.
