I need help!!! I need to find out how to trigger a macro on the event that a fields value is changed. If anyone can help me please post anything!!! If you know a good book about Project, please help.

See my message to Paddysprint ("How to Prevent Deleting Task from Gantt View"). The event you want is ProjectBeforeTaskChange.

Now ... you'll have to take that piece of information with you to the VBA group.
