We have been using Gammadyne for some time for the purpose of bulk emailing our members. I have seen a number of items here and elsewhere that discuss the feasibility of using Goldmine SM to do the same. While I understand how this is possible I do have a tricky query, an answer to which I have thusfar been unable to resolve from my own research.
Is it possible to set a trigger from criteria relating to a returned email in order to affect a field update(s).
For example, if an address had changed and the email was undeliverable, how to update a field in order to indicate this?
