Hello ,
I am looking to initiate workflows for each document that resides in a folder, automatically.
The probable options available as per my understanding is :
1.OpenText Web reports/thirdparty tools to trigger workflows on specific intervals ; but neither of the modules are part of the current envmt, so not an option
2. eLink functionality : this allows workflows to be initiated for each email that is being sent to the CS system, but to alleviate the manual process of sending emails one by one to initiate seperate workflows, we plan to put the documents in bulk inside a folder which could kick off the automated workflow initiation. So this option cannot be pursued.
3. Oscript : I have heard that almost anything is possible with oscript but do not have much experience on this.
Does anyone have any inputs if pursuing the Oscript coding path would yield to my requirement; I would rather look at any other options available if this is something which cannot be realized with OScript coding?
Any suggestions would be greatly helpful!!
Thanks,
Arun
