Trigger to update a table

I would like to create a trigger that will execute a stored procedure and then have the results from the stored procedured update a table. I any appreciate any help that is provided.

Can you be a little more specific as to what you want to accomplish? When do you want the trigger to fire? For an insert, update or delete? Then, what to you want the sp to update?
