Trigger Quicktime Standalone from Flash

Hi, heres another one...

How do I trigger FROM FLASH (a button) the quicktime player with an specific MPEG movie???

I just want to do some kind of menu in flash that opens automaticly and OnRelease play the movie in that external player.

A plus for this is that in the case the user don't have the program Quicktime instaled in his machine, includ the installer inside the cd and ad a button in the menu to trigger the installation.
