Tried to create a new images in landscape (Acad)

Im Trying to insert new images in the lanscape library from AutoCAD 2002, by the Render toolbar:

1.In Image File space, I write the new image path (with black in background) and in opacity map file space, I write the same path of the new image.
But the problem is that I obtain a very clear or transparent image when I renderize it.
2.In other procedure, I earase the background in Adobe Photoshop (transparency mode) for the opacity map file, and anything;
3.Finaly, if I paint in white the background, in the opacity map file: nothing, put a frame, or a black background.

any idea about it=?
