tried moving DB now insight manager wont run

Recently tried moving the DB for insight manager to a different drive.

Now I am getting 2 event errors in windows event log

Event ID: 1
Source: Compaq Insight Manager
Description:
Shutting down: Can’t get initial connection to database

Event ID: 1
Source: Compaq Insight Manager
Description:
Compaq Insight Manager 7 applications Stopped abnormally. - Exitcode=2000 (Can Not Get Database Connection)

And when I try and launch insight manager
Get repeated
Waiting for HTTP server to initialize displayed in a command prompt window
