Tricky question

Hi All,

Does anybody know how to change the resolution on Solaris 2.8. I've got a bog ol'e 19" monitor attached to my Sun Ultra 5 and the screen resoluition is about 800*600 - I'd like to be able to change it to either 1024*768 or 1280*1024

Do a man on m64config. The Ultra5 has m64 graphic builtin.

You can configure the res with the m64config.
Also it can be done at the ok prompt.
Example:
ok setnev output-device screen:r1024x768x75
ok reset

ok boot

Sorry I don't have any experience on the solaris Intel.
