I've got a bit of a tricky problem. I want to automatically download every relevant update file from NAI's FTP, including SDATs, Incrementals and ordinary DATs.
I've come upp with three solutions so far but none of them works:
1. The normal way to do this would be to run a scheduled FTP job but that won't work since our proxy won't allow active FTP.
2. Another solution is to use mirror task in VS and then copy the files to the server but this means that we will be relying on a client.
3.A third way is to use NS and save the copies for later usage but since NS doesn't know about the incrementals the result is thereafter.
Anyone got any bright ideas?
