You'll have to open up a popup window from the initial main window, since you can't change all attributes of the main window from within the main window itself.
Also, since you can only open a totally naked window (without the top bar & borders) in IE, you will be left with the top address bar and the small surronding border. NS won't let you get rid of the top bar.

Get that going and we'll tell you later how to have the popup open up and fully extending to the user's browser window size.
