Tricks for detecting non audio calls in interactions view NIM 4.1 – Compliance Suite.

We have deployed a few new NIM 4.1 in the mode "Aplications Suite: Compliance"
Basically IMHO Compliance its an scheme to control the permissions to access certain recordings and log those permissions management.
But IMHO, lost a very necessary feature, the “speaker icon” in the NBA that let us to check easily if there are non-audio calls or not.
I can get the "type" column, and i can get a "phone handset" icon, but i can be audio or non-audio without distinction.
I’ve been trying to create customized queries for achieving that.
So far, the only thing I could get its to filter by “exceptions exist”, but it will throw non-audio, unmapped, extra long, and another sort of issues apart from what I need.
Any trick for that?
Will I have to dig into a sql server query?
