We're looking at Simplify Printing and Profiles. We've been having issues with remote users printers and their profiles.

I haven't used the Profiles since I have had good success with roaming profiles even with Citrix.
Simplify Printing was a no-brainer purchases. It is reliable and seems to require no maintenance post-installation. Tip: On the Citrix server, use the printer naming prefix feature and set it to CITRIX. This will aide the remote users to print to the correct printer as well as you being able to see the printers in the Printers box while at the server.

We've installed Simplify Printing and found it very useful especially in our environment where we have around 25 printers including remote sites.
We're planning on installing the Profiles later, I'll give my feedback. Thanks for the tips.
