yesterday i tried to forward (rna/bsy)ext 106 and 109 to vm (440) by dialing itcm 640, 9 and vm port 15. The forwarding didn't seem to take. So I took a display phone with a fwd button on it and forwarded both phone to voice mail, it took and I made test calls that went to vm. today the customer calls and says when trying to make a call her phone rings 106 and 106 rings 109 and neither can make a call anywhere else. Did I put some code on both of these phones? Is there a code to erase previous codes?
