We are using Good for about 6 months now and havent had any problems until now. Have a user that has a Treo 600 Good VER 3.7 Build_1045 rom and he is able to recieve mail but it will no longer synch his calendar or contacts. Any ideas? tried reprovisioning the device several times with no luck, also removed and re added his account to the management console. Server is running 3.7 also.

Treo Not Synching correctly

Do yo have any other Treo's that are working? What devices are working? Are Mobitex devices working correctly? What carrier is the Treo on?

Yes we are supporting several different models and carriers t-mobile, sprint, verizon. i myself have a treo 600 with sprint and with the same rom and software version as he and am not having any issues. We support between 100 to 200 user running treos but this is the first time we have encountered this problem. He is able to recieve mail but it will not synch changes to his calendar or contacts.
