Ok, so i'm hoping someone will post back and say "this is soo easy, you dolt!".... I have a user who just bought a Treo 700p. We've setup her Exchange mail account no problems. The issue is that she wants her contacts from exchange to wirelessly sync to her handheld. Seems reasonably easy. My problem is that the handheld is 12 hours away from me and the user isn't very technical; I also don't have another 700p to play with to find the settings i need to have her change.

Anyone know offhand what needs to be done to sync contacts wirelessly??

TIA...

Active Sync. Ive worked with several Treo's (cant remember the models) and by running Active Sync you can wirelessly sync up Exchange info like mail, contacts, calendars, tasks.

Tell them to go to programs and look for a little green circle that has two arrows in it. You need to provide them with the IP of the Exchange box. It may only work if you have POP enabled.
