Treo 650 - Rebooting/Trashing Settings!

Hi,

I have a Treo 650 that intermittantly reboots itself and when it starts back up, all my mail account settings are lost. I have 4 email accounts setup on it and they all get blown away. Also...same thing when trying to Sync to Outlook (Office XP Version). Sync fails and I loose all my settings.

Any ideas??
