Treo 600s using Goodlink - how to get public contacts?

Hello all,
I have a user with a treo 600 that is using GoodLink 3.0 to synchronize with our Exchange server. All of her personal files are being synchronized, but I'm having a problem with it seeing the public contact folder. I've set her permissions as an owner, set up her group as an owner, but the software still does not recognize the contact folder.

Any help would be appreciated.
