Hi,
I use "TREND MICRO's ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange 6.2" for our Exchange 2000. It has 4 services installed .. ScanMail_MailAction, ScanMail_Monitor, ScanMail_RealTimeScan and ScanMail_Web services.
Everyday at about 2.15 AM the "ScanMail_RealTimeScan" service stops and though in service recovery i've the all 3 failure options set to "Restart the service" it doesnt do that. The RealTimeScan has dependent services (ScanMail_MailAction and ScanMail_Web), but surprisingly these dependent services doesnt stop.
Not sure what the problem is... Can someone please help me as everyday we need to start these services manually.
