Trend Micro Management Console 5.58 questions

I just started a new IT job. They are using Trend Micro products. One of them is Server Protect 5.58 for their Windows servers.

I have the Management Console up and some of the servers have these little flame icons on them. I presume that means they've encountered or quarantined a virus or something malicious.

How do I clear those icons? I've cleared all the logs and done everything else I can think of. I've even looked at the included Help file and searched Trend Micro's site.

Thanks in advance.

I got it.

In the Server Protect Management Console, you have to purge all the logs in the following areas:

Scan Result
- Purge Logs from Real-time scan, Scan Now and Task Scan

View Log
- Purge Infections

I just cleared all my logs, but after clearing them in the sections above, the flame icon went away.

I had to call Trend Micro to get this information. While talking to them, they informed me Server Protect is now an "out dated" product and has been replaced by OfficeScan. You must have purchased the Server License portion of OfficeSCan to use it on Servers.
