When we try to scan /manualy the exchange server we see message :
"Security server unsuccessfully notified messaging Security Agent" We can successfully notify other machines... just not the Exchange server. Any ideas?

More info...

We use Windows 2000 advanced server SP4 with exchange server 6.0 . For antivirus protection we install Trend Micro SBS Server 3.5 (in another PC Server 2000 SP4)-application modul Security Server.
Communication is ok (LAN and static IPs)
In 1st PC we install Messaging Security Agent.
We use security dashboard (web based toll)to supervisory the Security Server.When we try to use scan /manualy the exchange server we see massage :
"Security server unsuccessfully notified messaging Security Agent
