Trend Micro and AVG antivirus can't be updated behind Linux Proxy

Dear Tek-tips members,

Our Users are using two antiviruses. They are using Trend Micro and AVG Antiviruses.
The problem is, when we use linux proxy to connect to internet, the users can't update their antivirus. Can someone help me to fix the problem?
