Treeview file/path picker

please help,
i am not very technical and i need a complex thing.

i need to put a 'browse' for file box in an access database.
some of our databases stopped working because we moved and upgraded a server, i have got them working again but to solve this problem for future generations i want to get the user to manually chose the path to the data files,

i belive i can use an activex control!
