Hi There,

I am definatly a beginner at access, however i managed to build a database for my company to log technical details.

In my wisdom i used a treelistview control in my database (don't ask!!)

That worked fine on my pc but didn't on everyone elses, so i though rather then mess around with installing DLL files to all the computers in the company i'd just remove the control from my forms, which kinda worked.

However now every time i open the database it tells me the treelistview.ocx is missing.

This has messed up my printing of reports etc.

My question is, how do i remove this refernce from my database?

If you open a code window and look under Tools on the menu, you will find References. Uncheck the tree view reference. I think this should work.

It did, thank you very much. Been looking for a solution for that for ages!
