Hello,

Is there a way to use tree view controls in custom pages of sharepoint portals? I'm now trying to use the Tree View web control that I downloaded from " When I place my page to the LAYOUTS folder (and the DLL in the BIN folder) then access it, it returns a File Not Found page because it cannot find the .htc files needed to build the tree view control. From the ReadMe file of the Tree View web control, it says to copy htc files to the "webctrl_client\1_0" directory under the top-level site directory. Would you know which the top-level site directory of a Sharepoint Server is? I've tried placing it under the TEMPLATES folder but still don’t work. Please help.

Thanks in advance!!
