Does anyone know of a quick way to create a tree structure (unique twists and bends of the branches from the trunk) without having to do it all by hand. It seems like there's some new tools in Illustrator 10 that might be of help here. Thanks,

How about using the pencil or brush tool to draw out branches from a trunk? You can set up a spatter brush of leaves and brush those on as well.
