In the good old DOS days, you could issue the following command: C:\TREE D: >PRN and you got a complete tree printed out. The DIR command gives me only the immediate Directories, but not the tree. I tried to load the TREE.COM from DOS 6.0 in the C:drive of my WIN98, but an error message message pops up saying "Incorrect DOS Version". How can I print a tree in WIN98? Thanks for your replies.

From the DOS prompt try this:

d:
cd \
DIR *./S/B >prn
This will produce a plain list of all directories & sub-directories on the disk.

Alternately changing the version number for TREE.COM via the SETVER command may help. Eg. SETVER TREE.COM 6.0
