i am calling an unassigned DID in one of my switches and am getting overflow tone. This DID is 8026 and all their DIDs are in an IDC table that converts to 2xxx. So 8026 converts to 2026. Am i getting overflow tone because of a parameter in my CDB that indicates what type of treatment unassigned DNs/DIDs should get? if so, where exactly is that so I can look at it? thank you.

In load 21, print the Intercept treatment data block (INT). Look at the prompt CTVN (Call To Vacant Number) prompt. This will tell you what you need to know. Instead of using IDC tables for DID's that are not in use we use a single RAN route for this, that way we do not have to up-keep our IDC tables. Good Luck!

BTW: This is setup in LD 15
