I wondering if anyone has experience with this product? I have a customer that purchased this without consultation and now expects me to integrate it with their SV9100. It appears to have sip Ext or Trunk integration but, TechSupp and documentation is limited. I have been able to connect two sip Ext’s to the software but believe that sip trunks are what should be used. They currently have a PRI and the DID’s are routed to virtual Ext’s. Tech support is currently via IM which is frustrating.
