Trayclnt using MSN

Not sure if this is the right place. Are there any issues using MSN 7.0 and trayclnt?? I'm aware of the trayclnt not responding in older versions but unclear if they ever resolved the issue. I've tried stopping the trayclnt service but loose connection completely. Also, would anyone know why I can not create a dial-up connection to MSN?? Problem is when I try to connect using DUN, it disconnects saying "invalid user name and/or password" which is not the case (confirmed user name and password). My client has no other means of connection (being DSL, Cable, etc...) so dial up is the only option at this time and they want to steer clear of AOhell. Any takers?

I know it was MSN's fiasco, but does anyone know the culprit
by name?
