Tray assignment 1

Hi and Thanks for any help
I have just purchased a hp2727 all in one is there a way to asign say tray one for printing vendors checks natuarly loaded with Co checks and asign tray 3 for fax and copying and soforth ?

If you have the option in your application to print by specifying paper type instead of tray number, you can choose to setup your trays for different media.
Leave the lowest tray set for "plain" paper (where the fax functionality will pick the paper also) and set the upper tray to "Pre-printed".
In theory when running out of paper when chosing to print on "plain" paper, the printer should stop and aks for plain paper to be inserted instead of jumping to the tray with the more expensive pre-printed paper.
Try it out and let me know if it still causes issues !
