hi,

is it possible to transpose / combine table data through a query as explained below:

Column1 Column2 Column3 Column4
A B
A C
A D

to:
A B C D

or to (even better for what i'm trying to achieve):
A B/C/D

Thanks,
Patrick

See CrossTab (query) or transpose. Both are addressed in the ubiquitous {F1} (aka Help) azs well as in numerous threads in these fora. To even ask this question with oout having researched (and cited your research efforts) suggest that you are just asking others to do your work.

Patrick,
There is a generic concatenate function at that can create your B/C/D result.
