Trasfert 1

Hi , i have a doubt :

- User ( 200 phone model 5304 )place "CallTransfert-button" to another extension ( 201 ), user 201 wanted accept a call or not answer .

- User 200 for retrive back call must place call on hold , and pressed our Line .

There are a fast method , example "transfertcall-button" and "transfercall-button" for retrive back call.??

The Cancel key will cancel the transfer and revert to the original call.

This is what that key is designed to do. (Not hang-up like what most people use it for)
