Traps on TIVOLI

Hi, it's my first time here, but i need your help. I try to configure my TIVOLI to send page to someone when a specific trap occur. So, i'm able to send page when i use the program but when i use TIVOLI to open the software he doesnt open...but when i do the same command in dos it work perfectly...it's weird...

Another question, someone know why which time i receive a trap, i receive it twice.

So i send 2 mails, 2 pages etc...
