Trapping Mouse Events

I currently have multiple forms setup with their Form Property set to "Current Record only".

Why is it then, that users who have a "Wheel" mouse are able to use it to scroll through ALL of my records?

How can this be prevented?

This has stumped quite a few people on these boards. Try:

or simply do an advanced search and type in wheel. There is definately a solution here, and I think it is on the link above.
