traphandle specific OID power failure

Dear all,

i want to traphandle power failure on my switch.

Here is an example of received trap by email :

SNMPv2-MIB::snmpTrapOID.0 SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2636.4.1.0.1
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2636.3.1.8.1.1.2.1.0.0 2
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2636.3.1.8.1.2.2.1.0.0 1
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2636.3.1.8.1.3.2.1.0.0 0
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2636.3.1.8.1.4.2.1.0.0 0
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2636.3.1.8.1.6.2.1.0.0 "PEM 0"
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2636.3.1.13.1.6.2.1.0.0 6

The trouble is that i got it by running this command :
traphandle SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2636.4.1.0.1 wich corresponds to all traps sent by this equipment.
When i try to traphandle SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2636.3.1.8.1.6.2.1.0.0 wich corresponds to a power on this equipment, it doesn't email something. It 's like it doesn't access to this OID.

Is there anything wrong ? How do you traphandle power failure ? Any helps is welcome.

Is the device sending out a v1 or v2c traps?

In this case, device sends v1 traps ?
Do i set v2 traps sending ?

the v1 and v2c trap pdu is completely different.

The is some special configurations you need to do when receiving v1 traps.

I am not familiar with this tool, so you make need to look in the docs.

I m sure my device sends v1 traps. I'm gonna configure my switch to send V2 traps and see if it resolves my trouble.

It doesn't resolve my trouble.
It changes the trap format but the result is the same :
There is SNMPv2-MIB::snmpTrapOID.0 SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.****** wich looks trphandlable.
Others are not ...
It must be possible to trap power failure easily musn't it ?
