Trapeze (juniper) MX-400 not booting

had one brand new in the box, powered it up and I get the MGMT light blinking amber rapidly.

Console in and the system can boot the image off the CF, when I type boot, I get a CRC error from the image and it won't load.....

Anyone that knows this product better than I have any suggestions on where to go from here....again this was brand new in the box and powered on DOA....

Help would be appreciated
