TRAP on DFM

Hello,

I am unable to abtain any snmp trap on my DFM (Device Fault Manager) with my monitoring console.
but I know the switch send traps cauqse I can catch theim with another tool. So I stop my tool, I generate a trap (linkdown) and I wait to see any nformtion onthe console and ... nothong.
I have all enable on port 162.
More over I have some alamrs (no traps) but I don't receive any mail although I have enable mail.

Please help.
