Trap notification per E-Mail

Hi, im a beginner with Cisco Works 2000.
I have a Win 2000 Server and a Catalyst 4003 Switch. At my Server I installed Cisco Works 2000 with Device Fault Manager. At the Switch I enabled all traps.
The Rec.-Adress is my Cisco-Server, Trap Port=162, Owner=CLI.

My problem is:
When my Trap-Rec-Adress is my Netview Server and the Port is UP or DOWN the Netview Server(at AIX-System) recieve the trap.

When my Trap-Rec-Adress is my Cisco-Server I get no trapnotification. What should I do?
What should I do to get a Trap-notification per E-Mail?
