I have four 9040 transtalks hooked up to ATL ports on a Legend R6 phone system. Three of the transtalks work great, but one of them keeps dying. When it comes back on line I have to redo the mapping on it inorder for it to work. I have replaced the phone and the antenna. I have also tried moving this phone to a different port on the phone system and I have added a power supply to the unit. All four transtalks are in the same shop, so the enviroment is not different. I have also ordered new batteries. The other transtalk that is connected to the same antenna never has any issues. I have also pulled new wire to the antennas. Does anyone have any ideas on what else to try?

Thank you,
tsradel

You may have a "bad" 2nd port on the radio module. Swap out the radio module and reregister the phones - and see if the problem follows the particular port (1 or 2) on the radio module. That would be my guess.
